Appointments
How to Request an Appointment
You can request an appointment in the following ways:
- Online by visiting the Consulting Room
- Through Patient Services
- By calling the practice on 020 8855 5540
Face to face appointments, if needed, will be booked.
Telephone Advice
If you have a medical matter that you think either a doctor or nurse can deal with over the telephone, please call and leave the details with the reception staff before 10:30. The doctor or nurse will then call you back after their morning surgeries.
Online Appointment Booking
We encourage all patients to sign up to the electronic appointment booking services to book an appointment. Should you have any questions about these services or if you are not signed up, please register for online services.
Urgent Issues
We encourage patients with urgent issues to call on the day for an appointment, as a proportion of appointments are available for such cases and released on the same day for booking.
One Person Per Appointment
We apply a strict policy of one person per appointment; please do not bring other patients for a single appointment.
Please be Patient
There are times in general practice when we overrun and you may have to wait to see the doctor or nurse. Please be patient in these circumstances as they are busy spending time with a patient whose health may be complex and therefore require a little extra time and remember that it might be you the next time.
Cancellation
Please try to be punctual for your appointment and try and give as much notice as possible if you are not able to attend a booked appointment (so that we may release it to another patient).
